Store Manager – Starbucks Stores If you love working with people and want to work somewhere you can make a real difference, we want to hear from you.  We offer a fun working environment where you can not only learn great skills, but you can create theatrical magic for our customers too.  Working as part of a team of partners and achieving targets and objectives set by your Manager you will learn how to become an amazing Store Manager.  If you have experience of managing a team of people, are an excellent communicator with leadership ability and a concise coaching style we would love to hear from you.  As a Store Manager you will treat this store as if it were your own business.  You would be responsible for people including recruitment, training, development and coaching, sales and performance, stock and ordering, health and safety, compliance and ethical trading.  If you are genuinely interested in meeting people and creating an environment where customers and the team love to be then please get in touch. To set you up for success we will provide you with all brand training for your role over a 3-month period, ensuring you have everything at your fingertips for when you take over your store.
