Job title: Sheet Metal Fabricator

Location: Dartford

Salary: up to £17.96 per hour / £35,489 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday!

Our client is a well-established specialist in bespoke metal fabrication, delivering high-quality metalwork solutions across a range of sectors.

The role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator to support with the manufacturing, assembling and finishing of metalwork components, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Benefits:

20 days annual leave (increasing to 25 days) + bank holidays
OT paid at x1.5
Company pensionKey responsibilities would be:

Fabricate sheet metal components from technical drawings and specifications.
Cut, bend, shape and assemble materials using hand tools and machinery.
Operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes.
Carry out MIG and TIG welding.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Work with a variety of metals including steel, stainless steel and aluminium.Experience and skills required:

Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Skilled in the use of fabrication machinery and hand tools
MIG/TIG welding experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
