SEN Class Teacher – Specialist Complex Needs School – Uxbridge

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reflective, and compassionate teacher with experience supporting pupils aged 7–19 with complex needs, including severe and profound learning difficulties, autism, sensory needs, and associated medical or physical disabilities.
You will plan and deliver highly personalised learning programmes, working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider professionals to support pupils’ communication, independence, and engagement with learning.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
Experience working with pupils with complex needs and disabilities
Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and differentiated learning
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary classroom team
Commitment to high expectations for pupils with SEND
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
