The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about driving excellence across major construction projects? Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across a diverse portfolio of large-scale schemes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and a track record on large-scale projects within sectors such as education, healthcare, or commercial.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Based out of the Bristol office and covering sites across the Southwest, you'll take ownership of ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved throughout the project life-cycle.

Conducting site visits and quality audits across multiple live projects

Implementing and driving quality management processes and improvements

*

Liaising with site teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance and best practice

*

Preparing and managing ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)

Key Requirements for the Quality Manager role:

Proven experience managing quality on major construction projects

*

Ideal candidate will have worked on Education, Healthcare or Commercial schemes

*

Knowledge of auditing, compliance, and ITP processes

*

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence

*

Full UK driving licence
