We're hiring ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals to join our London-based team and work directly with the U.S. market. This is a high-energy role with real progression, full training from top performers, and uncapped earning potential.

This position follows U.S. working hours, your standard hours will be 11:30 am - 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do:

* Take full ownership of your own recruitment desk within a specialist U.S. market

* Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates based in the U.S.

* Run full-cycle recruitment processes — from sourcing and headhunting to placement

* Develop new business, negotiate terms, and grow your market share

* Work towards weekly activity and revenue targets in a high-performance environment

* Learn directly from experienced consultants and directors through structured training and mentoring

* A driven self-starter with excellent communication skills

* Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly valued
