A leading construction business is seeking a Qualifications Administrator to join their People Development Team. This is a vital role supporting the coordination and administration of workforce qualifications, ensuring all employees have the correct training and certifications in place to work safely and compliantly. The position is to start ASAP until the end of September.

Key Responsibilities:

* Finalising the company's qualification tracking spreadsheet, ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date.

* Uploading and maintaining qualification records and employee information on the COINS system.

* Verifying certificates against required qualifications and following up on any discrepancies.

* Identifying and logging core trades for multi-skilled workers as part of the enrolment process.

* Supporting employees in replacing lost certificates and ensuring those without valid ones are correctly recorded as needing a qualification.

* Coordinating the setup of OSAT (On-Site Assessment & Training) and EWPA (Experienced Worker Practical Assessment) providers, including sourcing local suppliers and managing related paperwork.

* Enrolling employees onto OSATs and EWPAs and handling data submission and enrolment documentation.

* Ensuring data-sharing agreements are in place with qualification providers to remain compliant with data protection regulations.

* Setting up new suppliers and processing qualification-related invoices.

* Making sure all parties (Business Managers, Contracts Managers, and employees) are well-informed and supported to attend qualification launch calls and assessments.

* Tracking qualification enrolments, start dates, and completed phases to monitor progress.

* Collecting and storing certificates for completed qualifications (e.g. NVQ 750, 760, and early-stage EWPAs).

* Claiming available grants for qualifications completed early in the project.

* Ensuring new starters and their qualification statuses are added to relevant trackers and reviewed post-probation.

* Identifying employees eligible for CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards and coordinating their health & safety tests, application process, and distribution of revision materials.

* Recording CSCS card details, including application status and expiry dates, in COINS.

* Supporting with the Foreperson Level 3 OSAT process when required.

* Proactively chasing outstanding qualification-related actions with local teams.

* Cleansing and updating existing qualification and training data across internal systems.

* Providing general administrative support to the wider People Team as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Strong administrative experience, ideally within HR or L&D,

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex data accurately.

* Confident communication and interpersonal skills.

* The ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience using COINS is an advantage.

* A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving approach.
