This role will play a critical part in the companies highly ambitious plans for growth. The Head of Business Development - Transport will be the tactical and strategic lead for Sales in the UK and will be responsible for the following:
- Build and grow strong relationships with senior leaders across key industries to drive business growth.
- Shape and lead the commercial strategy, including identifying and securing strategic partnerships.
- Develop and evolve the product offering and value proposition to meet customer needs.
- Define a clear go-to-market approach, track performance, and report on ROI and key insights.
- Work with marketing to support lead generation, website updates, and SEO activity.
- Own the CRM process, ensuring the pipeline is well-managed and reporting is accurate.
- Represent the business at industry events and stay ahead of trends, regulations, and opportunities.
- Lead and support your team through regular feedback, coaching, and development.
- Align teams to deliver on business goals, keeping communication open and targets clear.
- Help shape customer conversations, support commercial negotiations, and deliver solutions that add real value.
