Senior Estimator - Fit Out & Refurbishment Contractor

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus

This leading fit out and refurbishment contractor has rapidly established itself as one of the most exciting players in the market, doubling turnover in the past five years and attracting some of the industry's top professionals. With a thriving London office and an impressive pipeline of work, they are now looking for a Senior Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team.

You will take the lead on large cut and carve and refurbishment tenders over £20m, playing a pivotal role in securing high-value projects and supporting the company's ambitious growth.

As Senior Estimator, you will:

Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for projects over £20m

Analyse drawings, specifications, and contract documents to prepare detailed cost plans

*

Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries, quotations, and comparisons

*

Work closely with pre-construction, operations, and directors to develop winning strategies

*

Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and value engineering solutions

*

Attend client meetings, presentations, and interviews as the commercial lead on tenders

*

Support project handover to delivery teams and mentor junior estimators
