The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the overall operations of the store. The Assistant store manager assists and supervises the team to provide J.P. Licks customers with excellent service and quality products while training and developing J.P. Licks employees. The Assistant store manager is responsible to model J.P. Licks standards and act in accordance with J.P.Licks policies and guidelines at all times.
