Our client, Suffolk County Council, is seeking an Independent Review Officer / Child Protection Conference Chair for an agency post within the service.

This role will last 3 months initially and the pay rate available is £42 - £45 per hour.

The role will involve the following:

• Independent Reviewing Officer
• Child Protection Conference Chair
• 2 days per week in the office
• Covering countywide

Requirements of the role:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
• Must have experience of undertaking the IRO and/or CP Chair role
