The below job description will outline this position of: GRP Repair

Typically, this person will Be GRP Finishing on moulds and hulls to make sure they have the perfect finish, this would involve sanding through the grades and filling and fairing.

Duties:

• Finishing or repairing products
• Gel and Fibreglass repairs
• Work on flash lines.
• Must be able to use sanding blocks to go through the grades to get the perfect finish.
• Working to the highest possible standards and to tight deadlines

Skills:
• Full use of tools: Electric buffers, Orbital and extractions unit, Electric drills, Longboards & Shortboards.
• Competent with laminating skills.
• Skills in Gel applications.
• Use fillers to correct shape prior to gelling.
