We have the pleasure of recruiting for a brand new position down to growth for our very well established client who are based in Bingham.

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Finance Accountant to join our clients dynamic finance team. This is a fast-paced role with high KPIs and expectations for accuracy, efficiency, and initiative from day one.

This is a full time office based position with a salary of £38k-£42k DOE

Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, delivering high-quality reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making. You must have proven experience using QuickBooks and be confident in taking ownership of financial processes without the need for extensive training.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

* Manage and oversee the daily financial operations of the business

* Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

* Maintain and reconcile the general ledger

* Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions

* Complete bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data

* Ensure all financial records meet legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a Senior Finance / Accountant role

* Advanced QuickBooks knowledge is essential

* Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and statutory compliance

* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
