New Ramen Restaurant Seeking All Position Staff!

---Ramenwell is New Ramen restaurant that will open its door early October.

Our menu will bring new Ramen concept to Ramen dining experience.---


Positions we are seeking as below:

Full-time or Part-time SERVER(potentially be Lead server)

Full-time LEAD SERVER(potentially be asst manager)

Full-time or Part-time Cooks

Full-time LEAD COOK(potentially be Sous-Chef)


Compensation and Benefit :

All employee gets Health Insurance covered (either part-time or full-time)

Higher hourly pay

Bonus (both part-time or full-time)

Staff and family dinner every month

Server: A friendly Restaurant Server who can deliver excellent customer service. If you have previous experience as a Server in a popular restaurant and a dedication to providing excellent service to customers, we want to hear from you.

Cooks: We pride ourselves on the culinary creations served from our kitchen, and are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to help support our team.

Server basic duties and requirements:


  • Take customers' food and drink orders

  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner

  • Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials

  • Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience

  • Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested

  • Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables

  • Clear and clean tables.

  • Must be able to work on your feet all day

  • Strong customer service skills required

  • Must have legible handwriting

  • Be able to lift and carry 15-25 lbs.

  • Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform a plus

  • If you have ramen restaurant experience BIG plus

  • ServeSafe Certification required


Cook basic duties and requirements:

  • Enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively.

  • Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours

  • Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures

  • Rotate stock items as per established procedures

  • Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts

  • Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at all times.

  • 1+ years' experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry

  • Able to read and follow standardized recipes

  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures

  • Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere

  • ServeSafe Certification required

  • Be able to lift and carry 15-25 lbs.

  • If you have ramen restaurant experience BIG plus
