If you are a Contracts Manager who thrive on juggling multiple projects, thrives in working the London market and knows how to transform great delivery into long-term client loyalty - this could be your next move.

This client operates as a principal contractor on special projects ranging from around £2m to £10m and is renowned for building trust, legacy and long-standing partnerships - hence the reason the Contracts Manager also needs to be very much of this ilk.

As Contracts Manager, you will be overseeing 3-4 live projects at any one time, from early engagement right through to handover and final account. You won't be parachuted in “cold”, you'll be involved early on in developing strategy and building relationships that carry all the way through the project lifecycle. You will be trusted to run your “area” like an independent business unit, owning the commercials, driving performance, developing people and bringing clients back for more.

This role is about growth - not just for your delivery team but for the business and their presence across London. You will help them to win new work, represent them at industry events and present fresh opportunities via relationships you have built over the years.

* You've delivered multiple M&E projects as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager.

* You're commercially sharp, technically grounded and comfortable with contract detail.

* You know London — the clients, the consultants, the challenges.

* You lead teams with fairness and clarity and you get the best out of people because you care about doing things properly.
