Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum

Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're currently seeking two Maintenance Supervisors to join our growing Repairs Team and help drive quality and performance in our day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Doing:Supervising a team of 5-7 operatives
Carrying out property surveys to diagnose and resolve issues
Managing and coordinating external contractors
Ensuring a high standard of work and compliance with health & safety guidelines
Supporting the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused repairs service
What We're Looking For:✔ Proven experience in maintenance supervision
✔ Knowledge of damp & mould (D&M) diagnosis and resolution (preferred)
✔ Background working with social housing clients or contractors
✔ Strong team leadership and people management skills
✔ Great communication and organisational abilities
