CNC Cell Leader Coventry CV6 06:00 – 14:15, Monday to Thursday (early finish Friday)  £19.50 per hour Full Time –Permanent

We are looking for people with hands on machining experience that are looking to take that next step in their career that is more team focused and a step away from the machines (still some hands on work don’t worry).

What will you be doing?

• Leading a team of 20 – 25 people
• Working across multiple sections (milling, turning etc)
• Working to production plans
• Monitoring KPI’s
• Supporting in team meetings & processes

To be considered, you must:

• Previous experience leading a similar sized team in a machining environment.
• Able to lead a team but not be afraid to be straightforward and put your foot down when needed
• Either a CNC turning or milling bias will be a benefit
