Team Leader - Residential Children's Home

Lemontree Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to support the Registered and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of a residential children's home.

This is a key role where you will lead shifts, supervise and develop staff, manage rotas, and undertake on-call responsibilities. You will also deputise for management when required, ensuring the home operates to a high standard at all times.

You will play an essential part in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs, ensuring high-quality care in line with Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements.

Key responsibilities include care planning, key working, incident management, liaising with professionals, attending reviews and multi-agency meetings, and embedding a therapeutic approach. The role also involves direct work with young people, report writing, staff support, and maintaining health, safety, and financial controls.

Essential Requirements (please only apply if you meet ALL of the below):
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
Experience working in a therapeutic children's home
Full UK driving licence
Must have the right to work in the UK
Sponsorship is NOT offered for this role
Flexibility to work a rota including sleep-ins and on-call duties
What's on Offer:
Salary: £32,445 - £34,608 per annum
30 days holiday
Sleep-ins paid at £60 per sleep
