This is a hands-on, proactive maintenance role supporting the smooth running, safety and presentation of a modern residential development - ideal for someone with strong all-round maintenance skills who enjoys variety and ownership in their work.

The Role

• Undertake day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance across the development
• Carry out routine checks and testing (fire alarms, emergency lighting, plant, etc.)
• Complete general repairs including plumbing, carpentry, decorating and minor fabric works
• Support contractors on site, including permits and RAMS oversight
• Maintain communal areas, plant spaces and external areas to high standards

We're Looking For

• Proven experience in residential or hotel maintenance roles
• Good all-round skills across basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and decorating
• Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance routines
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
• PPM or building systems knowledge (advantageous)
