If successful, you'll join a fantastic working environment and will be trained thoroughly in Business Development, Resourcing, Sales, Candidate and Client Management. You'll be offered fast progression to a management role, usually within 18 months to 2 years.

Commission is uncapped, which means so is your earning potential. Your remuneration package also includes bonuses, reward clubs and other incentives, as well as an opportunity to own shares in the business.

To be successful in this role you will be a graduate / a school leaver with good academics (5/6 or C grade English and Math's) and importantly … circa 1 years sales experience .. it doesn't matter what (recruitment, estate agency, charity), just a proven ability to converse well and pitch a product or service.

You will need to be dynamic, ambitious, self-motivated and well organised with a passion to strive for excellence. If you can demonstrate exceptional communication skills, the ability to understand a doctor's or hospital's queries and concerns, a good standard of IT and social media knowledge and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
