No formal teaching qualifications needed - just the passion and knowledge to pass on your skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage and inspire: Deliver informative and interactive lessons to students.

• Hands-on learning: Guide students through real-world construction scenarios and training.

• Shape future professionals: Create a positive and supportive learning environment.

• Industry expertise: Share practical insights and best practices from the field.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in a construction trade (e.g. Brickwork, Carpentry, or similar).

• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check-safety is a priority.

• Passion for teaching and a desire to make a real impact on students' careers.

• Strong, hands-on industry experience across multiple trades.

• Willingness to pursue a teaching or assessing qualification within two years (support and training provided).
