Location: Northampton (Hybrid - 1 day remote after probation)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible options post-probation: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
Salary: £28,500 per annum (£14.61 per hour)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient HR Administrator to join our fast-paced HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a Level 3 HR qualification who is ready to hit the ground running and provide essential support across all HR functions. You'll be a key part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
Manage and maintain HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless start.
Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and leaver information.
Utilise basic formulas in spreadsheets for data entry and reporting.
Respond to HR queries from employees, escalating where necessary.
Support the team with various HR projects and initiatives as required.
About You
You hold a Level 3 HR qualification or equivalent.
You are proactive, organised, and have a keen eye for detail.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and are comfortable using basic formulas.
You are eager to hit the ground running and quickly become an integral part of our team.
Previous experience in a HR administrative role is highly desirable.
