Serving approximately 6,800 patients, the practice is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and seeks a dynamic manager to lead on HR, finance, operations, estates, and strategic planning.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of GP practice management experience
Strong HR, finance, and operational leadership
Proficient in System One
Management qualification or relevant degree
Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsDesirable Attributes
