Are you passionate about delivering an outstanding service to clients? This successful company are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team in Farnham.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant:

Welcome customers daily over the telephone or face to face
Manage appointments and accurately record information
Act as the contact for customers
Handle enquiries and complaints efficiently
Manage customer orders
Promote and assist in the delivery of services
Work with the manager to ensure standard are met daily
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and current legislation
Prepare and organise all necessary paperwork when required
Accurately process money when required
Ensure that the reception area and office is kept clean

Skills required for the Customer Services Assistant:

Maintain excellent communication skills
Have at least a year of relevant retail or office experience
Have the willingness to learn
Be eager and confident
Maintain fantastic customer service skills
