We have partnered with one of our most exciting clients based in Norwich in a bid to find them an extraordinary, Internal Recruiter

This position will offer someone ambitious and goal-oriented a great opportunity to make a difference by bringing fresh faces into the company whilst being at the helm of enhancing our team and culture.

This particular Internal Recruitment position will be a lot more varied than most.

As well as helping the business grow by headcount, you'll also be an integral part of the back office and support functions of the company. With this in mind, you will also be tasked with facilitating the on-boarding of new starters as well as arranging all learning and development projects. Sandwiched around all of this will be general administration, marketing and support responsibilities.

This is a brand new opportunity for our client which means that there is real scope for the successful hire to make this role 'their own' and put their own stamp on the position...

The Role:

  • Reacting to the needs of the business, quickly and precisely
  • Growing the business by hiring both new and experienced recruiters into the business.
  • Liaising with management, ensuring you are aware of upcoming internal requirements
  • Writing job descriptions, delivering advertising campaigns, short-listing and interviewing candidates, making offers and providing feedback
  • Work closely with Directors to arrange training sessions
  • Facilitate the on-boarding of all new hires
  • General HR administration
  • Sit on interview panels as required
  • Support the general smooth running of the business from a talent and operational perspective

Skills and Experience:

  • Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role - if not, then you will be a successful recruiter looking to take your career in a new direction.
  • IT literate - Word, Excel
  • Able to successfully network and build a talent pipeline.
  • Clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written, particularly good in composing emails to a professional business standard.
  • Ability to build productive working relationships and influence all levels of stakeholders.
  • Has precise attention to detail, processing high volumes of work accurately and to a deadline.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
