Recruitment Coordinator - Dutch Speaking

Salary: £13.00 - £14.00/hour

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Dutch Recruitment Coordinator/Admin.
Working internally, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a well reputable global organisation across exciting recruitment projects. Working remotely, this will begin as an initial 6-month contract but could well be a foot in the door for someone with the right motivation.
Responsibilities
*Act as a main point of contact in response to day to day queries from managers, suppliers and contractors and to build and develop relationships.
*Handle the processing and coordination of all requests (starters, leavers, extensions, purchase order changes etc.).
*Ensure that all compliance documentation is signed and returned and processed in accordance with client requirements.
*Review and validate new requirements with managers and suppliers.
*Verify and screen supplier's CV's and to pass qualified CV's on to the hiring manager.
*Coordinate candidate interviews between suppliers and hiring managers.
*Maintain and track spreadsheets and client systems for new starters including sickness absence and holiday notification and to advise the client as appropriate.
*Attend staff/supplier/client meetings and/or conference calls as and when requested.
*Negotiate pay rates with suppliers and managers and to ensure that costs savings are achieved where possible and advise on market rates as appropriate.
*Check and allocate project codes and costs centres to timecards where appropriate.
*Work with users to develop and improve processes.
*Educate and train suppliers, managers and contractors on the MSP web-based system and processes.
*Encourage compliance with the MSP processes and to discourage direct hiring by hiring managers.
*Ensure that supplier invoices are processed in a timely manner.
*Produce a weekly status report for the Relationship/Program Manager.
*Produce ad hoc reports as and when requested by management.
*Assist with the production of client presentations and other documentation required for meetings, presentations and forums and to attend when requested.
Role Requirements
*Fluent Dutch ESSENTIAL
*Previous recruitment industry or HR environment experience an advantage, coupled with experience of providing a professional customer-focussed service.
*Good administrative skills.
*An eye for detail with the ability to effectively prioritise, organise tasks, manage time and meet deadlines.
*Able to multitask and work at pace. Pays attention to quality & detail and is process orientated.
*Best use of operational systems, processes and IT resources ensure that SLAs and team targets are met in adherence to company guidelines.
*Good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel (to include basic formulas / auto calculation), Outlook and Internet Explorer.
*Good awareness of the importance to the wider company of achieving pre-set goals and profitability.
