Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Senior in Chippenham to prepare management and year-end accounts, tax computations, and supporting schedules. This client-facing role offers exposure to a varied client portfolio, while also providing opportunities to mentor junior team members and identify business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts, year-end accounts, and tax computations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Deliver accurate outputs on time and within budget
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on technical matters
• Identify opportunities to support clients and contribute to business growth
• Promote continuous learning and development across the team

About You

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or working towards)
• Proactive, client-focused, and highly organised
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Collaborative team player, supporting and mentoring colleagues
• Commercially aware and interested in client development
