About the role: As a quantity surveyor in this new role, you will be required to:

* Assist with subcontractor valuations and measurements.

* Manage the dayto-day cost control, monitoring and reporting.

* Assist with pricing variations.

* Working as part of the site based commercial team.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience working with a main contractor on CAT A / CAT B Fitout projects.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Worked within a Fit Out / Refurbishment market
