As IT Procurement Manager, you will lead end-to-end IT procurement, delivering compliant, value-driven sourcing across software, hardware, cloud and IT services. You'll manage tender processes, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and support key technology programmes. You'll also work closely with stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with organisational goals and public sector regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven IT procurement experience
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement rules (e.g. PA23, PCR 2015, frameworks)
• Experience delivering full lifecycle tenders and contract awards
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
