Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £90.15 - £100.13
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

Smart Education is currently recruiting a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Wolverhampton. We are a special school for pupils with complex cognitive difficulties, aged 5 to 19 years, who are seeking to appoint a motivated, dedicated and driven Teaching Assistant. 

About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils access a personalised curriculum designed to meet their individual needs. You'll work closely with teachers and other staff to support students' learning, communication, and independence, ensuring they are fully prepared for the next stage of their education or adult life.

Experience supporting students with SLD, PMLD, and autism

Ability to work with pupils who have a wide range of complex needs

Strong communication and behaviour management skills
