Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to collaborate closely with a small management team, facilitating the achievement of strategic and financial objectives!

This role would suit a dynamic individual who is driven to take this leap of progression into a senior level role working closely within a management team - there won’t be further progression opportunities from here as things stand, however someone looking for their next step up would fit extremely well!

• NG7, Nottingham
• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Full time, Mon - Fri

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute financial tasks and projects within the organisation.
• Supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely input into sales and purchase ledgers, as well as overseeing debtor and creditor management.
• Generate financial reports, lead month-end closing, and conduct monthly financial forecasting.
• Estimate funds required for short and long-term financial objectives.
• Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and reporting plans.
• Lead fund procurement for capital expenditure and other projects.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to enhance business performance.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Evaluate the financial performance and risks of the organisation.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or business.
• Proficiency in accounting and associated software.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals.
• Strong leadership and delegation abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in technology, including IT and spreadsheets, with the ability to work autonomously.
