Sales Coordinator - Wimborne - £30,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, successful business supplying essential services to both private and commercial clients across the region. You'll be part of a supportive sales team, playing a key role in handling enquiries, preparing quotations, and booking jobs using a range of systems.

Key Details:

• Location: Wimborne (free parking available)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm
• Salary: £30,000 per annum
• Contract: Permanent

What you'll be doing:

• Handling incoming calls and online enquiries from customers
• Providing accurate and timely quotations across a wide range of services
• Processing customer orders using internal CRM and database systems
• Taking payments over the phone
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and maintaining high service standards

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
• Strong IT skills, particularly with Outlook, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Confidence using CRM systems and learning new software
• A professional, friendly telephone manner
• Ability to multitask, stay organised and work well under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
