Are you a passionate early years professional with a love for nurturing little ones?
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Baby Room Leader to join our friendly nursery in Wigan.

What you'll do:

Lead and inspire a small team in our baby room (0-2 years)

Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities

Work in partnership with parents to support each child's individual needs

Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS standards are consistently met

What we're looking for:

Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification

Previous experience working with babies in a nursery setting

Strong leadership and communication skills

A caring, positive attitude and genuine passion for child development
