We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful onboarding of business functions and providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the EMEA North Region.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee and optimise supply chain operations, ensuring efficient logistics.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop and deliver accurate, relevant, and timely reports. Track and monitor KPIs, identifying trends that inform strategic decisions.
  • Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
  • Documentation & Process Management: Document all reporting processes to ensure consistency and repeatability. Maintain clear records of methodologies and data sources.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Lead meetings to present findings, provide updates, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in pivot tables, charts, lookups, and formulas.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
  • Exceptional Analytical Ability: Ability to interpret a number of Supply chain operations datasets and translate them into meaningful insights.
  • Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
