CAREER OPPORTUNITY - SALARY UP TO £40K, MILTON KEYNES BASED, ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR , MULTIPLE PROJECTS, GREAT CAREER PROGRESSION, HYBRID WORKING.

An opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Milton Keynes based Groundworks Business to operate within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of £60m is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business, the successful candidate will be working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Duties:
• Optimising contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Comprehensive understanding of Groundworks
• Accurate monthly cost and value reports
• All other daily tasks performed by an Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:
• Previous Experience as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor needed.
• Time management skills and meeting deadlines
• Motivated to learn and progress their professional career
• Am understanding in Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Remuneration:
• Up to £40,000 p.a
• Car allowance
