We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join an exciting team in Cambridge.

You will actively support the Head Chef, Deputy Head Chef, and Sous Chefs in the efficient day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality food and service. This role involves upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times, ensuring strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health and safety protocols through daily monitoring.

Key responsibilities include assisting in staff training, maintaining agreed food presentation and quality standards, and contributing to the development and motivation of the kitchen team. The position also requires fostering a positive and professional atmosphere within the catering department.
