Contracts Manager - Regional Contractor (Refurbishment Projects)

📍 Bristol | 💰 Up to £75,000 + Package

I am looking for a highly experienced Contracts Manager to join a regional main contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment and extension projects across the South West.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage multiple schemes (£1m-£10m) across education, healthcare, commercial, and leisure sectors. You'll have full operational responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to handover.

Key responsibilities:
✅ Overseeing multiple sites and Site Managers
✅ Liaising with clients and consultants throughout project lifecycles
✅ Monitoring programme, quality, health & safety and financial targets
✅ Leading teams and mentoring junior staff

Person specification:

Proven experience managing refurbishment projects

Able to travel within the South West

*

SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Black Card essential

*

Strong leadership, client management and delivery focus
