Utilize manual testing techniques to test new features and bug fixes.
Design and implement test plans - using your knowledge of the development life cycle and test methodologies to design efficient test coverage.
In Agile environment, collaborate with QA and Development colleagues to continuously improve testing strategies and best practices.
Focus on early bug detection, working with Development and Product Management to apply requirements analysis and the refining of acceptance criteria.
Work in a small, very collaborative startup environment where processes may be fluid.
Actively participate in growing an in-house QA team as the company expands.
Help extend QA tool set, including work with automation strategies.
3+ years as a QA engineer in software organizations is required.
Experience designing software testing strategies at a tech company.
Highly developed software troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Excellent bug reporting ability, and experience with bug tracking systems.
Salesforce platform experience preferred, but not required.
Experience working with SaaS products and companies is highly beneficial and preferred.
Experience with complex, data-driven B2B products preferred.
Prior experience querying (SQL, SOQL, etc) relational databases preferred, but not required.
Prior experience with QA automation tools (Selenium and others) a plus, but not required.
Prior experience coding in any programming language is a plus.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
Inclusive, positive communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in an Agile environment preferred, but not required.
Proven track record of collaborating with technical and non-technical resources.
Self-motivated, responsible, have a spark for continuous learning.
Comfort with fast moving development life-cycles.
