We are looking for a reliable and guest-focused Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team. As Night Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and secure operation while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

The Night Receptionist role is ideal for someone who thrives in a calm night-time environment, is highly organised, and enjoys taking ownership of the guest experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming late-arriving guests and managing overnight check-ins and check-outs
• Acting as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night, handling requests and enquiries professionally
• Completing night audit procedures and ensuring all financial and operational reports are accurate
• Preparing the Front Office for the morning shift, including administrative and operational tasks
• Maintaining a strong presence in the lobby to ensure guest comfort, safety and security
• Communicating effectively with housekeeping, security and other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations
• Handling guest concerns or issues calmly and efficiently
• Ensuring the reception area and public spaces remain presentable and welcoming throughout the night

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a hotel front office, guest services, or hospitality role
• A confident and professional approach to guest service
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during overnight shifts
• Good attention to detail, particularly when handling reports and administrative tasks
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera or similar PMS is advantageous
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Salary: £26,795 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
