Wholesale Merchandising Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 3 Merchandising Assistants
• Accountable for managing the critical path to ensure key deadlines are met from order to delivery

• Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for major retail accounts after orders are confirmed.
• Communicate daily with factories to track orders and gather updates
• Partner with the technical team to meet sealing and delivery deadlines, ensuring testing procedures and compliance meet each customers standards.
• Communicate with internal and customer logistics teams to ensure freight is booked
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and critical path software
• Liaise with Account Managers to ensure customer requirements are met and timelines are realistic
• Input and update data related to orders, delivery timelines, and production statuses
• Produce weekly status and KPI reports and liaise with internal departments to support smooth workflow
• Attend internal and customer meetings as required, providing updates and taking action
