Meridian Business Support are currently working with a leading Social Housing contractor who are looking to recruit an experience Site Manager with refurbishment and roofing experience.
They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a team of operatives and subcontractors covering all domestic roofing projects in and around West Yorkshire.
Duties:
Management of the roofing contracts ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively
Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets
Liaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise
Order materials based on schedules and knowledge of roof areas
Ensure that material deliveries meet program requirements
Ensure that the works, carried out safely and in accordance with Company requirements
Ensure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedure
Overseeing health and safety procedures are being adhered to on sites
Attend inspections where necessaryKey Knowledge:
Previous Social Housing roofing management experience required
Previous experience supervising working from heights / roofing projectsPosition Requirements
Must have a minimum of 3 years previous site manager experience
Must come from roofing/social housing refurbishment background
Must have CSCS card
