Luckily a brand-new position for a Scotland business development manager has arisen and now is the time to come on board to push your career to new heights.
In a nutshell you will take responsibility for the growth and development of your area with the aim of ensuring that success is both continued and increased.
With an area stretching across Scotland, you will be managing a large customer base consisting of the major motor factors and buying group members. Supplying a multi-category parts offering will enable you to always have meaningful discussions with your customer accounts, allowing you to continually grow your market share in different areas.
Utilising various methods at your disposal you will, alongside general sales development, be able to supply branch based training, marketing, customer and technical support and end user workouts, all with the aim of ensuring that your products and parts are THE choice in a highly competitive market.
Engaging all aspects of the business and giving support each business owner with products sales, new product launches and liaising with suppliers where required.
This role would suit an individual with B2B automotive aftermarket field sales experience within either a motor factor or parts supplier/manufacturer. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement. A high degree of computer literacy is also advantageous!
- B2B Field Sales experience in the automotive aftermarket at either motor factor or parts supplier/manufacture level
- Must have a customer relationship focus and a track record of nurturing existing business.
- Must be located within Scotland.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Competent IT skills are a must.
