Osprey Court Care Home is a purpose built 60 bed care home located in Pitcrocknie Village, adjacent to the town of Alyth in Perth and Kinross. Providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care, the home offers a modern, high quality environment where team members can build strong relationships, develop their skills and make a meaningful difference as part of a supportive and welcoming team.

Registered Nurse - Dayshift and Nightshift

• £21.50 per hour (Dayshift)
• £22.50 per hour (Nightshift)
• Full time and part time contracts available
• Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided, Onsite parking
• 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high quality, person centred care, ensuring residents' safety, dignity and wellbeing are always prioritised. You will assess residents' needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication safely and monitor any changes in physical or mental health.

You will lead and support the care team during your shift, ensuring effective communication and smooth handovers. You will respond promptly to any clinical concerns and build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues, contributing to a positive and supportive environment within the home.

What We Are Looking For

•  Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN
•  Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to high quality care
•  Ability to lead, support and guide a team
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Compassionate, professional and resident focused approach
