Quantity Surveyor - Benefits

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

Quantity Surveyor - Role Overview

Managing logistics costs across a diverse range of projects, including residential developments, sports facilities, highways, bridges, schools, hospitals, offices, and industrial buildings, as assigned by the line manager.
Conducting cost analysis for both construction and logistics activities.
Supporting the establishment of client requirements and contributing to feasibility studies.
Assisting in risk assessment, value management, and cost control measures.
Helping prepare tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities.
Identifying, analysing, and assisting in developing strategies to manage commercial risks.
Supporting the preparation and evaluation of tender costings.

Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with Logistics experience advantageous
Subcontracting background advantageous
Construction Knowledge
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites when needed
