Description

The Senior Accounts Assistant's responsibilities include:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Process invoices, expense claims, and supplier payments in a timely manner.
Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Support the annual budgeting process and monitor expenditure against budgets.
Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors as required.
