Production Manager your responsibilities are;

Oversee daily production operations to meet quality and efficiency targets.
Develop and implement production schedules to optimise workflow.
Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing department to enhance processes.
Lead, train, and motivate the production team for improved performance.
