SEO Executive - We're Hiring

We're looking for an SEO Executive who already understands the fundamentals and is ready for ownership, responsibility, and progression. This is not a junior or trainee role. It's a delivery‑focused SEO position where performance and independence matter.

What You'll Do

* Execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth

* Conduct keyword and intent research

* Optimise on-page content for rankings, UX, and conversions

* Support GEO/AEO-ready and entity‑aligned content

* Improve internal linking and site crawlability

* Identify and fix technical issues using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog

* Work with developers and designers to embed SEO best practices

* Support ethical link‑building and authority growth

* Monitor algorithm changes and adjust strategies

* Report on rankings, traffic, and insights with clear next steps

Who This Role Suits

* 2+ years hands‑on SEO experience (agency or in-house)

* Strong understanding of on-page SEO, intent, and content optimisation

* Confident using core SEO tools

* Works independently and takes ownership

* Commercially aware and understands how SEO drives growth

* Curious about how search is evolving

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years SEO experience

* GCSE Maths & English (C/4 or above)

* Strong attention to detail

* Clear written and verbal communication
