They are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is a commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives on winning new business, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share whilst ensuring customers receive the best experience from enquiry through to delivery. The successful candidate will have a sales hungry attitude and proven experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities for an Inside Sales Executive:

* Identify opportunities with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth

* Manage and grow existing customer relationships through structured account planning

* Respond to inbound enquiries, prepare accurate quotations and convert opportunities into profitable orders

* Provide excellent customer service, offer product guidance and resolve queries

* Support BDM's with quotations, project tracking and pipeline management

* Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and pipeline reporting while working to agreed sales targets and KPI's

* Work closely with internal teams to promote the company's product portfolio and identify cross-selling opportunities

Essential Skills for an Inside Sales Executive:

* Proven experience within a proactive B2B sales role

* Account management and business development experience

* Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
