Pella Windows and Doors by Horne is looking to add money motivated, talented sales individuals to our highly successful in-home sales force. When a customer contacts Pella and sets up an in-home consultation, you'll run the appointment to show them how they can use Pella in their home to fit their needs and budget.
Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, and competitive sales candidate for our Grand Rapids territory to capitalize on this expanding market. This individual will join our team in their duty to inform homeowners of what we already know - that Pella Windows & Doors is the very best solution in terms of quality, value and expertise!
You'll use your own natural persuasive sales ability, and our proven in-home sales processes you will be able to connect with customers on an emotional level.
You'll have access to a world-class showroom, samples, support and exciting new technological sales tools to help you close sales. You will meet with homeowners in their homes throughout our territory to offer our single-source Window & Door replacement solution.
Our plan rewards strong performers with a high commission rate and the opportunity for performance bonuses. We offer continued sales training and management support.
