Salary Circa £90000 + package
Ltd Co Status £450per day

Working for a very reputable local groundworks and civil engineering business that operates throughout the Midlands region. This role is ideally for a civil engineering or groundworks experienced Quantity Surveyor that wants to have ownership of a variety of projects strictly in the Midlands region. Hybrid Working available for the Quantity Surveyor role.

Groundworks Project Packages include:
• Foundations
• Deep and Shallow Drainage
• Retaining Structures foundations
• Balancing Ponds
• Hard and Soft Landscaping
• Surfacing

All projects are working with commercial and industrial projects/clients. No Resi groundworks.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within either Groundworks or Civil Engineering
• NEC Contract Experience
• Good Communication skills
• Midlands home location
