Electrical Site Manager - Energy Infrastructure | Airport Scheme

Salary: £55,000 - £63,000, Car or allowance + Package (DOE)

The Role
We're recruiting an Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical works as part of this flagship infrastructure programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical installations: lighting, containment, distribution boards, BMS, and more.

*

Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site-based labour.

*

Ensure adherence to HSEQ procedures and safe systems of work.

*

Coordinate access, permits, and inspections in a live airport setting.

*

Maintain site records including RAMS, daily diaries, and progress logs.

*

Resolve technical and logistical site challenges.

*

Contribute to commissioning planning and readiness.

*

Maintain strong working relationships with the wider project team.

What We're Looking For:

*

CSCS/ECS, SMSTS and ideally First Aid trained.

*

Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems and safe installations.

*

Experience in infrastructure or high-security live environments.

*

Well-organised, proactive and delivery focused.

*

Confident leading site teams and subcontractors.

*

Excellent communicator and problem-solver.

*

High attention to documentation, quality, and safety
